Summary

As a migrating customer, I would like the ability to reset the production (parent) Jira site to wipe it of all data without being required to delete all sandboxes.

Workaround

The following steps don't delete the users, only the project data:

1. Generate a new empty Jira cloud site from Try Atlassian Products for Free.
2. Perform a backup of this empty site. You can refer to the following document if necessary: Create a Jira cloud backup.
3. Proceed with restoring this backup on your current site that requires resetting.
4. This will overwrite the existing data and reset the site.
