Issue Summary
We see a yellow exclamation mark and the following error when there is no product in an Org.

We're not sure what went wrong.
Try refreshing the page. If this keeps happening, contact support.
This is reproducible: Yes
Steps to Reproduce
- Create an Atlassian Org with only Atlassian Access product
- Go to Organization insights https://admin.atlassian.com/o/org-id/insights
- Check the "Domains with access to your products" insight report
Expected Results
There should be a message that there are no products available to show this insight
Actual Results
We get an error message saying:
We're not sure what went wrong.
Try refreshing the page. If this keeps happening, contact support.
