When migrating Jira Cloud to Cloud, inline code snippets starting with a blank space aren't converted to ADF properly

Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: no

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Jira Cloud, add a comment to any issue containing an inline code snippet using backticks. For example:
   Write in Visual mode: "Rename directory path from `/system` to `/system`."
2. Add a blank space before the slash in the first code snippet.
3. Make sure the comment will be displayed as in the example:
   
4. Create a migration plan to another Cloud site using JCMA.
5. As soon as the migration is completed, check the same comment in the destination site. 

Expected Results

The comment should be migrated just as it was on the source site.

Actual Results

The comment is actually migrated with broken ADF:

Workaround

Manually edit the comments to reflect the appropriate formatting.
