Summary

Users who manage multiple organizations/sites, when receiving an email regarding actions that they need to approve or perform, the notifications are not clear of which organization/site is related, unless opening the link in the email.

Current Behaviour

There is no indication of the organization/site, unless opening the link in the email.

Suggestion

The notification should include the name of the organization/site related to that action requiring attention from the Org Admin.

Workaround

The only option at the moment is to open the link in the notification received.
