Issue Summary

• Restoring a space or the full site using the Restore CLI from a Microsoft Windows fails with a 500 error.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup the Backup CLI on a Microsoft Windows;
2. Connect to your site;
3. Create a backup;
4. Restore a space(or full site);

Expected Results

• The space(or full site) is successfully restored.

Actual Results

• The restore fails with the following error:

[Error] 500: We're unable to run that command. If this keeps happening, contact support at https://support.atlassian.com

Workaround

• Run the Restore CLI from a Linux virtual machine.
