Problem Description
The moved_issue_key table holds the information on the original issue key for issues that were moved between projects and had their key changed, and customers rely on the link redirections that automatically occur due to the data in the moved_issue_key table. When they migrate using the Jira C2C Migration Tool, that data is no longer available on the destination Cloud site and the customer's workflows become broken.

Make the tool migrate this information to another Cloud instance.
