      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible: only when migration is marked as Incomplete with timeout error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Perform a cloud to cloud migration for Jira.
      2. Check if migration is marked as Incomplete.
      3. Post migration in migration details , go to Logs & Reports section. And download the post migration report. 
      4. The download of the Post Migration Reports after a Cloud to Cloud (C2C) migration will fail. 

      Expected Results

      You should be able to download the Post Migration Reports.

      The post migration report at

      Workaround

      Contact Support team to download Post Migration report manually .
