After migrating with Jira C2C,URLs may show in URL form instead of INLINE/card

Issue Summary

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have a space with a description containing an inline URL that will show the title of the page
2. Migrate to another cloud site using the Cloud-to-could assistant

Expected Results

The inline URL will appear the same as on the Source site

Actual Results

The inline URL appears as a long-form URL instead of the desired inline/card format.

Workaround

Currently, to correct this behavior, users may need to edit the description to click the link, which then gives the ability to change from URL to INLINE, which then will show as expected.
