New app switcher experience is not accessibility friendly

Issue Summary

The new app switcher experience displays multiple Organizations. However, the experience does not consider those who are colorblind. The problem here is that multiple orgs have the same initials and those who are colorblind may not be able to differentiate between the tiles without hovering.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to your Atlassian site
2. Select the drop-down to switch apps

Expected Results

Organizations within the app's drop-down should be different enough in color and wording to avoid confusion between apps.
