Post successful migration (data residency) of App, sometimes the apps doesn't show as pinned

Issue Summary

Post successful Data Residency of App, sometimes the apps don't show as pinned. The apps still show as scheduled for migration. The issue is intermittent

Steps to Reproduce

1. Pin your product to a certain location
2. Then schedule Data Residency for the apps and wait for its successful execution

Expected Results

The successful execution would show up in the UI

Actual Results

Even post-migration of the apps shows as scheduled

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available. Contact Atlassian Support to know the status.
