Description
Issue Summary
Confluence C2C Migration(Copy Product Data) Failing for JSM Licence.
Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure you activate JSM products in both source and destination organisations.
- Ensure that the number of agents in the destination site will be more than the current licensing plan after the migration. For example:
JSM License before Migration: Current Source: 93 / 200 agents Current Destination: 123 / 200 agents JSM License After Migration Post Migration Destination: 216 agents
- Create a Plan to migrate Confluence spaces by using Copy product data.
- Select any options.
- The migration will fail as INCOMPLETE.
- The logs will not be available due to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11783
Expected Results
JSM license should not be checked during Confluence Migration. Even if the licensing is checked, it should not pass the pre-check validation.
Actual Results
The below fails as INCOMPLETE and the post-migration report can't be downloaded to due to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-11783
Errors in Atlassian backend system:
"We couldn't migrate your users because you have exceeded your user limit for Jira Service Management. Upgrade your cloud plan and try again."
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available
