Issue Summary

Multiple days following a C2C migration, Issue Search results via JQL returned inconsistent data:

For example:
text ~ TEXT = No result returned
HOWEVER
summary ~ TEXT or description ~ TEXT = 3 issues returned

Reindexing the Jira instance via Governator resolved the issue.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Migrate C2C
2. On Source Site, run Issue Search and receive results
3. On Destination Site, run Issue Search and receive different results

Expected Results

Reindexing should automatically kick off immediately following a C2C Migration 

Actual Results

It appears that this trigger is inconsistent and manual reindexing is sometimes required

Workaround

MSEs will have to perform a manual Reindex of the destination Jira instance
