Allow isolation of JSM customers during C2C Migration

      Currently Jira cloud to cloud migration tool will migrate all JSM customers even if no JSM projects are selected. 

       

      This suggestion is to request for the ability to select JSM customers only for non Jira Core/Software projects .

       

      And to allow the ability to select JSM customers in Scoped as well as ALL option.
