Migration Dashboard removes history based on creation time

      Issue Summary

      This is reproducible on C2C Migrations: Yes

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a migration plan on Day1
      2. Run the migration plan on Day13 
      3. On day 15 the migration dashboard will show the migration greyed out

      Expected Results

      Retention of Migration Dashboard should be from day of migration and not the day of plan creation

      Actual Results

      Plan is greyed out 14 days after plan creation

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
