Summary

Jira cloud-to-cloud migrations currently migrate all custom fields during any migration. As an admin, I would like to migrate custom fields that are scoped to the project being migrated.

Workaround

Migrate first to an intermediate instance, delete all unnecessary custom fields then migrate to the final destination.
