The Left Navigation theme for Confluence is very popular, and almost essential for certain uses (eg. product documentation). Unfortunately we cannot enable alternate themese like it, because the Studio shared menus and look and feel are implemented as a Confluence theme.

The next best thing would be to have a Studio variation of the Left Nav theme, containing both Studio customizations and the left nav functionality.
