Use case

When filtering between organizations in the App Switcher (top left waffle icon), each organization is shown as an icon with two letters. If there are multiple organizations with the same two first letters, the only way to distinguish them is to hover and see the organization name in full.

It would be good for admins to be able to upload an image as a custom profile icon for an organization, to easily distinguish organizations at a glance in the App Switcher.
