      Problem Definition

      Currently, if we want to restrict the projects that can be accessed with the API, we need to create a user who can access a specific project and create an API token with that user.
      If we want granular control, we have to put up with complicated user management.

      Suggested Solution

      When creating an API token for a user, we propose a function that grants permissions to the token by narrowing down the permissions that the user has.
