Admin Hub's audit log can't be exported if they are filtered using a special character

      Issue Summary

      After filtering the Admin Hub's audit log using a a word with special character( for example José )the export is not possible. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com > and select your Atlassian organization.
      2. Go to Security > Audit log
      3. Filter the log using a word with special character for example José.
      4. Export the log.

      Expected Results

      The log should get exported to the admin's email address.

      Actual Results

      The email is not received.

      Workaround

      Search the log using non-special character. For example, try searching the user using the last name.
