Include Application Data and Fields in Jira C2C Migrations

      The field "Attached Emails" is generated in Jira Issues as a result of Atlassian's "Jira Cloud for Outlook" application.  This data is not carried over in as part of a C2C migration.

      Please support all Atlassian application data and fields to be included in Jira C2C migrations.
