Issue Summary

The data copy estimated time is not accurate when an admin is copying Confluence/Jira production data into the relative sandbox

Steps to Reproduce

1. Please take into account large Confluence/Jira instances
2. Create a sandbox
3. Copy data from production into the sandbox
4. Check the estimated completion time by hovering over the "info" icon

Expected Results

The estimated time will show an accurate time of completion

Actual Results

The estimated time will not show an accurate time of completion

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
