Issue Summary

During a Jira Cloud-to-Cloud migration, the release notes, Related Work contents, Designs are not migrated as part of the version.
This means that after migration, any Confluence or other links added to the Release Notes, Related Work, Designs Section in the "Releases" UI in JIRA will not be migrated to the destination.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new release
2. Add a Confluence or external link to the release notes
3. Migrate the project using the Jira C2C Beta Tool
4. Observe the release notes will not be present in the destination

Expected Results

Any release notes are migrated and looks the same as on the source site

Actual Results

The release notes are not migrated.

Workaround

No workaround.
