Currently, app installations to sites are broadly allowed to Site Admins.

This feature suggestion is about the permissions to control who can install the apps.
More specifically around creating some settings to limit or allow Site Admins from installing apps when they are not Org Admins.

Business Case: Org Admins to be the only ones allowed to install apps, but keeping all the remaining access for the Site Admins.
