Issue Summary

As per manage-product-release-tracks, the production environment receives changes as a group every second Tuesday of each month.

The customer wants to get the changes in production during non-working days(i.e. Saturday or Sunday) not to have any impact on business.

Please help us with the feature to change the day of deployment to non-working days(i.e. Saturday or Sunday) in production.
