Issue Summary

When a Jira Software Board is migrated that is for a project that has previously had its key changed. The board appears empty on the destination because the filter is not updated to the new project key.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira Software Project with a Scrum or Kanban board
2. Create some issues in the project to populate the board
3. Change the project key
4. Migrate the project to a new site using Jira C2C.

Expected Results

The board displayed the issues in the project and the filter references the correct project key.

Actual Results

The board does not display any issues and the filter is invalid

Workaround

Update the board's filter before or after migrating to use the correct project key.
