      Issue Summary

On Cloud, if you are an Enterprise or Premium Customer, you should be able to choose the release tracks, if added once it is available (Continuous) or on each second Tuesday of each month (Bundled).

Even though it works, sometimes unexpected releases happen when it they were not added to the release track notes, or features were not released into the sites, when they were supposed to (and it was included in the release track notes).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
      2. Select Products > Release tracks.
      3. For a product on the bundled track, select the release under Next release or Last release in the release tracks table
      4. For a product on the continuous track, go to our Cloud release blog or
      5. Check Product > Product updates for more information on what is being released.
      6. When a product is on the bundled track, we email you the product every month with the future product changes and the date your product will receive them.

Your bundled release can take up to 3 days to roll out.

      Expected Results

Features are delivered on the site and available, meeting the expectations of each Release track chosen (bundled or continuous).

      Actual Results

Sometimes, features are not released on the site.
Sometimes, the feature is present on the site, but there were no notes it was going to happen (bundled)

      Workaround

There is no workaround on the site/customer side.
If you believe you were affected, please contact support to check with you and provide the details on which feature was or wasn't released to your site.
