Today, the only admin roles available are "org admin" (super user, can take all org and site-level admin actions), "site-admin" (can grant users access to individual products, manage site billing, pay bills) and "product admin" (can administer a cloud application)

This is a suggestion to have more granularity with roles, such as:

• Billing admin (no user management, only access to billing details)

• IT admin (can configure security & identity features, but not product or users)

• Account administrator (can manage user accounts, but not billing)
