Enable Secure administrator sessions option for Atlassian Administration

Issue Summary

Enable Secure administrator sessions option on Atlassian Administration (https://admin.atlassian.com/*), so that neither malware nor people who gained unauthorized control on administrator's device can access administrative controls for a cloud environment.

This is reproducible on Data Center: No, as there is no centralized administration for Data Center, however there are similar options available at the product level for both Jira and Confluence on Data Center.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
