Have a feature for pre-checks in Jira cloud to cloud migrations

      Currently there is no formal pre-check feature in Jira cloud to cloud feature. 

      A formal pre-flight checks feature should be added which can warn the customers about un-supported features , unsupported workflows .

      In addition proper documentation like https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/jira-pre-migration-checklist/ should exist for Jira cloud to cloud too
