Support the Migration of Jira Product Discovery Projects

According to What migrates in a cloud-to-cloud migration for Jira, the Jira Cloud to Cloud Migration Assistant does not support the migration of Team-Managed projects. As Jira Product Discovery projects are based on Team Managed Projects, they aren't available in the Cloud to Cloud Migration tool as well.

As a workaround, it's possible to import issues in a Jira Product Discovery project using a CSV file:

However, it would be great if the tool could migrate this type of project so administrators don't need to deal with all the caveats in a CSV import when merging Cloud instances or when migrating data from one Cloud to another.
