Description
Description
Currently in order to transfer products between organizations both organizations must be using the older user management experience. In addition, in order to disable the newer user management experience, also known as Vortex, the organization in question must only have one site.
Often a customer will have their production site and its sandbox site in the same organization which means it is not possible to disable the newer user management experience without deleting the sandbox site.
Even if the customer deletes the sandbox site it is only "soft deleted" to protect against accidental deletion, but the newer user management experience can only be disabled after the sandbox site is hard deleted. So the customer must work with support who works with engineering to actually hard delete the sandbox site which can add a considerable amount of time to the process.
Potential solution
As an admin, it would be great if there was an option to hard delete a sandbox site immediately. It doesn't have to be the default, but perhaps a well hidden option would be appreciated for situations like the above.
