      Issue Summary

Once sandbox data is refreshed, apps are completely removed but license is kept active.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a sandbox instance
      2. Install in sandbox site any add-on that is not installed in production site
      3. Trigger data refresh in sandbox site
      4. Access Manage Apps section - no apps will be shown as installed
      5. If you access billing section in https://admin.atlassian.com, the plugin license will still be shown as active

      Expected Results

It would be good to show a warning message once data refresh is triggered informing that apps license needs to be unsubscribed in case user wants to completely remove it.

      Actual Results

Apps data is completely removed from sandbox but license for previously installed add-ons from sandbox is kept active.

      Workaround

Before refreshing sandbox data, unsubscribe all plugins in case you don't want them to be kept active.
