Issue Summary

Copying data from production on a sandbox site deletes all automation rules

This is reproducible on Data Center: Locally reproducible 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a sandbox site
2. Import automation rules into the sandbox site
3. Click on actions > Copy production data
4. Try to list the automations on the sandbox

Expected Results

The sandbox site to maintain the automation rules

Actual Results

The rules get deleted

Workaround

Export the rules before doing a 'copy production data' action.
