Issue Summary

Im working with BRIE PM Arjoon Som and Vamsi Bhagi.
I've been asked to create a JAC in the component 'BRIE - Full Backup - Jira to investigate issues with Jira data backup process.

As you can see, the download speed is very slow 330 kbps which is unacceptable.

My internet downlink is 76-100mbps

Steps to Reproduce

1. Trigger backup using BIRE Jira CLI
2. Fails after a certain period of time

Expected Results

The CLI should have been able to complete the backup and download all the files

Actual Results

The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:
