Sandbox Copy production data fails if the license applied on parent site doesn't match the one on Sandbox.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Products > Sandbox
- Under Actions in the product table, select Copy production data
- The data cloning will fail with an error message in the backend log
Cloning of data to be completed
Nothing gets copied and no clear error message is shown.
Reach out to support to confirm and the cause and if it is related to this bug, manually fix licenses.
