It appears Atlassian uses SendGrid to send email from the cloud. This is a known spam company and often ends up on blacklists so email ends up being dropped or quarantined.
There needs to be a way to set a mail relay in the cloud the way there is with the on-prem versions of the product. This would permit companies to use their own mail relays without having mail relayed though a known spam company.
