Currently it is possible to access Jira Credits on Jira Cloud instance with following URL without any authentication:
https://yoururl.atlassian.net/secure/JiraCreditsPage!default.jspa
Access is possible via direct link, but there is no Jira Credits in the UI.
It won't be possible to access any content, buy might be a concern.
There should be on option to turn this on/off for public view.
