Cloud administrators frequently review or manage support requests created by users or admins within their organization. Currently, these support requests:
- Are only visible on a separate property (support.atlassian.com) and there's no navigation between Support and Atlassian cloud administration.
- Admins only have visibility into tickets they have been directly added to.
Ideally, we would automatically add certain org administrators to all tickets created by users within their organization, and have a place inside Admin Hub to actually view the tickets.
