Problem
When an end-user of a Standard/Premium or end-user/admin of a Cloud Free site accesses "Give feedback" they have the option to share feedback that creates a ticket on https://customerfeedback.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portals, but they also see "If you're looking to get help or want to report a bug,[ visit our support site|https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/]" and it redirects to support.atlassian.com/contact.
As they want to report a bug, the obvious choice is "Technical issues and bugs" and when they select the affected site, it shows the links to Community and Documentation.
Suggestion
For end-users of Standard/Premium sites, add the link directly to Community and an option to report the bug to the site administrators so they can create a ticket with the support team.
For Free sites, add a link to report the bug in Community.
Also, it would be great to have a better editor to give feedback, so users can add screenshots and a formatted text.
