Improve error messages when Opsgenie/Statuspage reaches the total of licenses

      Summary

      Currently, Opsgenie and Statuspage are billed separately from other products, but it is possible to manage its users from the Site Administration.

      Usually, this product comes with the toggle button "New users have access to this product" enabled by default. As many users we keep adding to our Confluence/JIRA subscriptions, if we are not aware that Opsgenie and Statuspage are also granting these users with access, our license seats keep being consumed.

      When we reach the Opsgenie/Statuspage licenses (that are usually less than the other products), the Site Administration throws up a generic error message saying our licenses have been reached.

      Suggestion

      Include which is the product that reached the valid licenses, so the users know what to do.
