Improve unsupported browser messages to indicate which browsers are supported

Users cannot realize if they are using unsupported browser.

Suggested Solution

Show the conservertive HTML page containing a link to https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/supported-browsers-744721663.html to unsupported browsers.

Workaround

None. Consider adding yourself as a watcher to be kept informed as to the state of this feature request moving forward. With that way, if our development team updates the ticket, you'll be notified via email.
