As an organization I want Atlassian to fill out an NDA before we use Atlassian Cloud

In order to use Atlassian's Cloud offerings, some organizations require an NDA to be filled out by Atlassian. At this time Atlassian has adopted a unique sales model where we do not complete, sign or provide any requested vendor forms including NDAs.

Why this is important

Organizations may have certain requirements and stipulations that require an NDA to be signed before they can utilize Atlassian's Cloud offerings. Atlassian's current policy of not signing NDAs prevent these organizations from using the Cloud products.
