Redirect page to Altassian login or Confluence/Jira Home when hit to error

      When a user navigates to a specific Confluence/Jira page with an expired login session (for example, the browser cookie value is incorrect), the user gets a 403 Forbidden Error.

      When the session is expired, instead of showing the error page or a blank page, we'd like to show the Atlassian login page or the Confluence/Jira main page
