Number of "Group members" does not correspond to the users listed below

      Problem Definition

      The number of members includes "System users" such as add-on apps having "*@connect.atlassian.com" email addresses, and it is confusing.
      The number of users is sensitive for site-admins because it is related to site bill.

      Go to the Cloud admin page (https://EXAMPLE.atlassian.net/admin/) and select "Group".

      Suggested Solution

      Exclude "System users" from the number of "Group members".
      Otherwise, clarify these numbers include "System users" that billing doesn't count them in.

      Workaround

      Refer to the "Product access" page to know the number of license usage.

      Besides, next billing estimation is available at "Billing" > "Bill estimate".
