Some suggestions for the Cloud team:

• Improved visibility of errors/logging when attempting server-to-cloud imports
• Suggested actions for errors encountered when for server-to-cloud imports
• Sandbox Cloud environment to run and verify uploads before applying to real environment
  • Would allow uploads without affecting existing Cloud services
  • Allows end-users prepare processes around migration from server to Cloud (i.e. allow multiple runs of the upload, with the ability to reset/dispose of the sandbox environment once confirmed)
  • Useful to report potential user/group issues following upload in relation to existing Cloud services (i.e. Jira upload will overwrite Confluence users and groups)
