connect a jira service desk cloud with confluence server

Hi,
I have a client that asks me to create an instance of jira service desk in the cloud with its confluence knowledge base that already has server.

I have done a test with OAUTH links and links well and as anonymous access I was able to link the jira service desk project with the confluence space already created from confluence, because if I wanted to create a new space from jira service desk, I was saying what I have permissions and it's because users do not link.

When I'm in the JSD issue, even though the project is linked, it tells me what the confluence is in the issue.

In this way I need help in explaining to me in what way I can add these two instances that are understood and that is not anonymous and users are also linked.
