Summary

Enabling "Prevent cross-site tracking" in Safari or "Block third-party cookies" in Chrome will cause the Atlassian Cloud Home page to be stuck in a redirect loop.

Steps to Reproduce

• Enable the following configurations in the Safari or Chrome

  Safari 11 : "Prevent cross-site tracking" enabled in Preferences... > Privacy
  Chrome : "Block third-party cookies" enabled in Settings > Content settings > Cookies

• Access the Atlassian Cloud home page : https://cloud.atlassian.net/home 

The page will be stuck in redirect loop with https://id.atlassian.com
 

To workaround the issue :

• Disable the settings in Safari 11
• In Chrome, add the exceptions to allow third party cookies for the domains as documented on the Atlassian Cloud IP ranges and domains
