Unable to choose default homepage anymore in Atlassian Cloud

Summary

There was a feature request regarding choosing default homepage in Atlassian Cloud (Choose JIRA or Confluence) in https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6068 which has been deployed June last year (refer to this comment; but now the feature is not available anymore

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to https://<instance-name>.atlassian.net/admin/apps
2. look under User defaults

Expected Results

You will be able to set the default homepage for your site to one of your cloud products.

Actual Results

The configuration is not there
