Allow select all on filters

      Allow Select-All on filter values. This will make easy an "All-Except" kind of situations. So if I wanted all the statuses except Closed and Resolved, I would not have to individually mark the many statuses. Instead I could select all and then unselect Closed and Resolved.

      I suppose Unselect All goes in parallel to Select-All
