We are using Transparent Git Encryption · GitHub to encrypt a number of Git repos in Bitbucket Data Center Server.  Bitbucket will just display the encrypted files without decrypting them, making file comparisons, approvals, etc useless.  Bitbucket Server should be updated to provide a method to decrypt encrypted files on-the-fly and display the human-readable files in the Bitbucket interface.
